GP Appointments
If you need to see or speak to a doctor, then please ring reception on 01603 765550 (option 1). The receptionists have been trained to ask a few basic questions to ensure that the appointment is arranged with the correct clinician.
Requests for home visits should also be made by speaking to reception, ideally before 10:00.
Getting advice from a Health Care Professional
If you are looking for non-urgent advice from a clinician, then you can use our our Get Help service below:
This can be accessed online and, subject to capacity, is normally available between 07:00 and 09:30 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please note that this is not suitable for urgent issues. We normally expect to reply within 3 working days.
Nurse or Healthcare Assistant Appointments
These can be booked either over the telephone or by using the Request an appointment with a nurse or Healthcare Assistant form.
Routine Appointments
Routine appointments are usually booked in advance and include:
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood tests
- Cervical screening
- Vaccinations
- Long-term condition reviews
Flu Vaccinations
To request a flu vaccination, please submit a vaccination request form. Alternatively, if you wish to decline a flu vaccination, please submit a vaccination declination form.
